As an experienced Midwife I am familiar with reviewing medical records to both ensure the provision of safe and correct clinical care and to collate information for formal presentation and scrutiny by external assessors.

I provide

• clearly presented detailed chronologies of fact
• with key dates, times and events and
• highlighting of any missing or illegible records that may be relevant to a clinical negligence claim.
